When the accident happened (we were hit by you client) it took several days and follow ups to get the process of scheduling the repairs going. Then when it was scheduled, we inquired on a comparable rental vehicle (small SUV) and they scheduled a sedan, which we had to call and request approval for an SUV.

Satisfied with everything! The ONLY thing that could be improved would be communication. I received a text saying car was on track to be delivered 11/21, but it was finished a whole week early (yay!), but then I needed to scramble to get my deductible together sooner.

I called and left a voicemail, I'm wondering if the bumper was replaced and if so it is most definitely used because there are nics and chips all over it... not what you'd expect for a $3k repair
