I've been fighting to get the sensor on my door fixed since the initial accident. I got the run around for a while and then was told by one employee that my car never had a door sensor. I gave up completely until the window wouldn't go back up on the coldest day of the year and only brought it back to Northside because I didn't feel like forking out hundreds of dollars to bring it elsewhere to be fixed.

It took a year and a half to get the staff to even listen to me about what was wrong with the door they "fixed". That meant bringing my fiancee with me to talk to the manager. So Northside Collision listens to a man, but not a woman.
