Spent a lot of time waiting in the front office. Would be nice to have a little bit more flexibility of time for appts for estimates. All appts are in the middle of peoples work days. Estimate didn't take very long and possibly could have been done a little later in the day. Maybe have an early bird or one later night (?6pm?) for estimates.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally. The car looks great. Along with great work NORTHSIDE has great people. Everyone, especially Kevin, was friendly and anxious to meet my needs. I was updated regularly and staff gladly answered any questions. The only drawback was price, but I haven’t had work done in years and I know prices have gone up.
