I went back and spoke to mgr as I felt the paint color did not match. The following weekend on 4/18/26 I drove 3 hours southwest of Syracuse and both my daughter and I felt the car chugging at like 35 and 45 mph when on a hill or small incline. On 4/20 Northside Collision called me and I advised regarding the chugging at which time I was put on hold in order to be able to speak to Mgr. When she returned to the call I was advised that he was not in the shop and that she would send him an email regarding our conversation and he would return my call. To date he has not contacted me. I can’t think of his name right now, sorry
