All of the staff that I interacted with from the front desk, staff to the management staff and literally anyone I talk to there maybe feel confident in my repair was going to be done correctly and after looking at it, perfectly!! Where are my damage was on the door and on the back of the truck it looks brand new after you guys took care of it

You were very prompt and communicative. Like metioned before, I needed to have my interior detailed. Also when I received my car, my gas light was on and luckily there was a station across the street otherwise I wouldn't have made it to a gas station, it was that low.

Very communicative about location of my vehicle. 8 because when time to pick up my car, I only had 45 minutes to get there before closing and when I arrived, I learned you do no accept any form of card. I do not carry around my checkbook nor that large amount of cash needed.

My experience at Northside for my truck repair was great they kept me updated on my repair process and finished several days ahead of the expected completion date..and contacted the insurance company for payment…I didn’t need to do anything but pick up my truck when repairs were complete!
