The office Smells fresh and nice all the time The ladies are very friendly and accomodating and also has bottled water in fridge Helps in this kind of hot weather Work done on my car is good but for some reason I canāt find my special charger Nevertheless it am well pleased overall

I believe that some of the repairs were unnecessary. The damage did not warrant the level of scrutiny. Even though I only had to pay the deductible, The total amount was shocking.

My experience with Northside Collision was excellent. I especially appreciated the daily updates through text and the personal phone calls from Don. Don was very thorough explaining everything that needed repairs via phone and when I picked up my vehicle. The repairs of the bumper and hitch look beautiful just like before I was rear ended, actually better. When I picked my vehicle up it had be cleaned inside and out, everything looks beautiful. Thanks to all for all your hard work.

I couldn't be happier. Travelers quickly got my clain started, everyone at Northside collision is great, they do great work, and the whipped cream on top is that enterprise picks up and drops off at Northside. Could not have gone better

There is a very noticeable mark that was written off as a rock mark and is so noticeable that it can be seen from 20 feet away. This was not like this at all prior to the accident. I will be file a complaint with State Farm on Monday since my discussion and displeasure with the manager at pick up went no where.
