They had my car for almost 4 weeks, way way too long. Upon pickup, hood did not align correctly, passenger light casing not installed properly, front bumper cover was lose and not installed properly, therefore the car was refused. I also had to wait 3 days for safelite to come and install a new windshield. Had to go back to enterprise to get a rental car. As promised, my car was not ready the following day. My car was not ready until late Friday afternoon. Only to find 5 hairline scratches on the new hood. Adam at NORTHSIDE buffed them out while I waited.
