This was a tough one to rate. Your overall customer service system is great (texts and emails). Where I had difficulty was before the car was taken in for repair. It was hard to get somebody on the phone. And when a message was left, a call wasn't returned, and one had didn't seem to know what the other was doing.

I do have a complaint. On dropping off the car I added some work that needed to get done. I thought it would add a short amount of extra time to the job in that it was in an area that had to come apart already. Instead I got a text saying it would take 3 more weeks. We had to take a trip to Maryland to see our daughter in 2 weeks. If I had been given that time estimate before it was taken apart I would of pulled the car out and brought it back after the trip. Instead I had to rent a car for the trip adding around, $300 to the overall cost, being on Social Security that is an additional hardship we could I'll afford. Then my request to get it as soon as possible was met by the date for pickup being 5 days longer. The work was fine but I would of appreciated knowing the time frame up front so I could of made some different decisions.

The color blinding was excellent. But there's orange peel on the side of my bed.Where it appears?I haven't on what sanded enough. I was told the vehicle is ready to come pickup. When I got there to pick up the vehicle, the running board had not been changed yet. After being home and driving it for a couple of days, my taillight was falling out because the hardware was never tightened down.

Everyone I dealt with from the receptionists, to the repair shop staff were very helpful and kind. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend a repair shop I certainly would refer to this location!
