Overall I am satisfied with my repair, as always I always choose Northside for all my vehicles repairs. After picking up my truck and driving it around today I have discovered that my keyless entry does not work on either the drivers side or the passenger side doors, so I will have to bring that back to be remedied. But yes, overall, I am satisfied with the repairs.

The staff was extremely professional, honest, and thorough, and the quality of their work was excellent. What really stood out to me was how they handled an unexpected issue. My car battery ended up dying, and they took responsibility for the situation and went above and beyond by covering the cost of a new battery and having it installed. Super satisfied did an amazing job on my vehicle and couldn’t be happier. The salesman and manager really made it clear from the beginning what they were planning to do explained every step thoroughly which made the process feel stress-free also wrote a review on Google for you guys because I felt such a need after the super kind act they did. The work done on my vehicle was excellent and in a timely manner. I was informed throughout the process when the work would be completed. The manager of the project (Angelo) and the the people up front were courteous and good listeners. I would hire them again if need be.
