We were kept up to date on repairs. At no fault of theirs, the repairs took over 3 months due to a part backorder. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is that I had to return the loaner with a full tank of gas yet my vehicle was returned literally on empty. It was not empty when I initially brought it in for repairs.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Northside Collision. My Trailblazer’s back bumper was repaired beautifully, and the vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. The staff treated me with kindness throughout the entire process and demonstrated outstanding knowledge and professionalism. They were very helpful, even assisting me with coordinating my rental car drop‑off and pick‑up. I was also impressed that my vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Overall, Northside Collision provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations.
