Dropped my truck off on June 11th, with an original estimate to have it for two weeks for a minor bumper repair, which bumper needed to be replaced and painted, along with, the drivers side box needed some repair and the sensor needed calibration. Was informed later that it would take until June 30th. Also never was informed that it would leave the shop, during the repair, I received an alert from my RAM APP for the 18th of June saying the truck reached speeds above 75 MPH several times. This happened again on the 22nd reached speeds of 75 MPH several times again and at least once to 81.6 MPH. Even though the Liverpool shop did an excellent job on the repair, the fact that when I confronted the so called manager of the location, and he deflected, and acted that it was not a big deal that my truck was driven in that manor. Also during the time I was speaking with him, my wife was in the car rental waiting for me, and witnessed managers and staff literally joking about this issue. In my opinion it really does not matter how good of work this company does, as long as they treat yours or mine like they do and don’t care about consequences then I would rather not do business with them again ever, and I would suggest the same for others.

During the repair I received a notice from my RAM truck APP that the truck had left the shop and was driven at speeds above 75 MPH times on 2 separate occasions, and 81.6 MPHalso. I knew the truck needed to have sensors recalibrated, but was never informed that the truck would have to leave the shop let alone be driven. In my opinion, the actual work they performed was great but the fact the truck was driven that way, and when I confronted them about it, the individual I assume to be the manager of the Liverpool location, was defensive and acted as if it was no big deal. Also while addressing the issue my wife was in the rental outside and overheard management and staff literally joking about the issue. In my opinion a shop can do the best job ever, but in a situation like this it does not matter how well they did there work.

I was updated by txt frequently on the progress and was told my car would be ready on 6-17. I received a txt on ThursdayJune 11th stating the car would be done as promised. I had arrangements made to pick it up then. The next day I received a call the car was done and when was I picking it up. I appreciate the car was done early however I had to make arrangements to get it as my husband works evenings and I have 2 small children in daycare….not to mention I had to swap car seats between the vehicles and I have a torn rotator cuff and can’t do that by myself….while I appreciate my car being done sooner. Someone should have called me to let me know they were ahead of schedule.

I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. The support staff was very helpful and took complete care of the scheduling and obtaining a rental vehicle. Angelo was superb. He kept me informed of the repair progress and went the extra mile to get me my car back before heading out on a planned trip. Kudos to all. I would recommend Northside Collision to everyone.
