Minor repairs took a month to complete. The color of the door base panel does not match the front door base panel color. My preset radio stations were changed. I contacted the office before my pickup date notifying them that I would be out of town that week and I would need to pickup my vehicle the following week. I was texted once and called 3 times afterwards being notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Each time I responded that I was out of town and would need to pickup the following week. I also found bee hives when I opened my trunk.

Everyone kept me informed about the vehicle daily. Very nice to work with even when I came to pick up the Toyota there were a few minor scratches and they came right out and brushed them out. Very satisfied with the hole process.
