Brandon seems to care about your issues and get your car back to you not only on time, but he makes sure the repairs are correct. Most companies I find just do the basics to try and keep you happy, but Gerber seems to really want to keep you as a customer. They repaired our car before when there was pretty good damage from a semi tire coming apart in front of us, and that repair was perfect. This time when there was a simple chip and dent in the hood and I had no worries about taking it back to them. Awesome crew there, everyone who is involved. From the front line people, to the technicians in the back that you don’t see, to the front desk people, thank you. Thank you that I can trust you all without worrying about my vehicle."
