Kelly thought you all had made a scratch on the opposite side of the car. She was willing to make it right. Once I saw it I knew it was a previous scratch that we had chosen not to repair. Kelly was wonderful to work with. Your office person was great as well. Your AI lady needs some correction, however. I dropped off the car on Tuesday and I got a call from AI lady on Thursday saying I had missed my appointment!🙃🥴🤪"

From our initial meeting and throughout the four weeks, she always kept me updated and answered all my questions no matter what they were. She never acted bothered and was always polite. When an issue did arise, she went out of her way to help make contact with our insurance company in order to get solved. She intervened when needed even with the rental car agency. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend Sidney CARSTAR to anyone needing bodywork on their car. Kudos to you all!"
