I was very impressed with the professional service I received and phone calls that I had with the staff. I’d love to clean the inside of the car was when I got it back. Unfortunately, the back right door where the repairs were made does not open from the inside and I will need to bring it back to be fixed. Also, although it was thoroughly explained to me, it felt as the repair of the front right tire and rim was more expensive than it needed to be, but I of course could be wrong on that.

I especially appreciated the help I got after the car was repaired with setting up the safety signals. I still feel as if the charge for replacing the tire and wheel was more than it might have cost if I had arranged it myself, but I can’t be sure if that. Unfortunately, that was not covered by my insurance because it just was $1000 and I have a $2000 deductible.

Easy to work with. Reliable - long term - have been having this type of work done here for greater than 25 years. Several vehicles over these years. A number of collisions - ouch. Always great work, helpful. Great people to work with.

Dustin kept me in the loop regarding part arrival times as well as estimated times when the repairs would be finished. When picking up the car the work made it look almost brand new! Overall I’d 100% go back to have my repairs done at this shop !

Amazing service. They reached out to me first to set a time to drop off my car. The time I asked for that was at my convenience was okayed. Bernie went through the process and timeline with me. I got text messages periodically to update me and a phone call to say the work was completed. All in the timeline previously provided. They clean my car so there was nothing to suggest the car had been in an accident or that workmen had repaired it. Looked like new. Thank you.

O'Reilleys even touched up scratches unrelated to my claim and they vacuumed the interior. I did notice some stray paint blobs. When I mentioned it they fixed it right away. Advocate for yourself on the final walkthrough you will do very well with O'Reilleys.
