The customer service team was great assisting me with turning my vehicle in and obtaining my rental. They kept me updated on the repairs and any issues that occurred. They were extremely helpful when they were having technical difficulties when picking up my vehicle. They did not hold my process up. They obtained all information that was needed to process later and returned my vehicle. Keep up the excellent work.

I have used Ourisman previously to repair damages to my car and because of their performance I decide to use them again. My first experience with Ourisman was stellar and my car looked brand new. I was extremely satisfied, and the staff were very polite, professional, and displayed high quality customer service skills. I was overly impressed with Ourisman and happy they were selected for the job. I think my second experience was not as great as my first, but I would still recommend them.
