The only inconvenience was the pinstripes weren’t complete when the car was done so I had to go back to have it done. It only took a few minutes but it seems ridiculous that I had to go back.

I really appreciated the communication throughout the whole process. Maggie always kept me updated even when I was busy with work. This was the easiest process I could have imagined. When we left from picking up the Jeep, the check engine light was on and Maggie got us in contact with Patrick to help us out. Another woman helped us as well to fix the issues. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Ourisman to others!
