Everything went smoothly with this repair. I was informed throughout the whole process. I had gone to a vw dealer in Laurel and their estimate was very off and they were looking to replace everything rather than repairing, I am glad I took the car to Ourisman instead. Very happy with the repair and the process.

There was little attention to detail.the mistakes and errors were minimal but had a huge impact on repair, sloppy work. Use this feedback to improve for future customers. Keep in mind that there are customers that do not care or know how things should be however I am someone who expects work to be done correctly since I am paying, and this is not something done as a favor .

The customer service was okay. Personnel needs to do a better job of provinding the client with an update on status of repair. I had to call in and check on how the repairs were going.
