I was contacted first thing Monday morning after filing the claim on Sunday . I received daily phone calls, keeping me up-to-date on the status of my car. The repair itself was perfect. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. Everything was just perfect.

Palmer employees are all excellent. I was sorry to hear of his retirement but he deserved that time with his family .However I was glad to see Karen is still with you as she is a VERY Valuable asset to the new ownership always professional,knowledgeable and courteous I also look forward to working with Jessica as my initial visit and followup with her was excellent.
