Was a bit disappointed when I picked up the car and the alignment was not corrected even though I called and spoke with the young lady who stated she was making a note to have it addressed. Not a huge deal because Top Notch got me in right away and also did a great job.

Not a good start for someone like me, not knowing what to do and what is expected of me.. It took 3 visits before I felt comfortable to leave my car. I think a communication disconnect for me, I didn't dig deep enough in the language of certain words.

First, the office is so clean and inviting. Second, the staff especially Karen and Kevin were very pleasant. They explained all of our repairs thoroughly, were open to questions and did it all with a smile. Kevin was very accommodating to my elderly mom by helping her up the stairs. That is just good old-fashion manners. They even washed my mom's car. Kudos to this establishment.

As soon as I walked into Palmer Collision I was greeted so friendly by Caryn & everyone! Caryn was so wonderful & was so very helpful & so very friendly to me I knew I made a great choice in choosing Palmer Collision to repair my Honda Civic Sport. I dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready on a Wednesday (Palmer Collision was waiting for a part to be delivered.) I really appreciated their fast services. They did an excellent job in repairing my car. You would never had known it was in an accident. To my surprise Palmer Collision cleaned the inside of my Honda & they cleaned the outside of my Honda. It looked like a brand new car when I drove my car off of Palmer Collision's lot. I was thrilled. I highly recommend Palmer Collision. They did an excellent job on my Honda. I was so appreciative that Palmer Collision goes above & beyond.

Wonderful service as always. A little disappointed in the beginning when I dropped it off, there was no visible damage so we dropped to be looked at, they told us they would call us and never did. I called the next night and was told there was damage and parts were already ordered and state farm billed, all before we were even notified. So I sat without a car for 2 days instead of knowing there was damage and that I would need a rental. Communication after that was much better.

I very much enjoyed my experience. The process was flawless and I was updated and informed through the entire process. When I got my car back it was cleaned on the inside and out. Staff were lovely and were great with helping me with my enterprise rental. Would definitely recommend and use their services (God forbid) if needed in the future
