Our location in Kernersville performs all major and minor repairs. we accept all insurance work and have direct repair programs with several insurance companies. I had a 5-day window to get the car repaired before I left town for two weeks. I asked for an estimate of the length of time to complete the repairs but the shop could not give me an estimate “before they removed the damaged parts to see if there is any hidden damage” so I did not take the vehicle in for repairs until I returned from my trip in order to avoid any storage fees. The actual repairs took 3 days.
