The Team at Parkway Auto body are excellent! The repairs were done on time and there was constant communication and texts regarding the repair process. They were nothing short of amazing! I had two car accidents in the span of two months and they did all of the work. My car came back looking amazing, and they were always so professional and understanding the whole time. They kept me in the loop at each step and both times were able to get my car back to me ahead of schedule. I would recommend them every time no questions asked.

The front desk was amazing. She communicated with me on a regular basis, letting me know what was going on throughout the process getting prices for different things that weren’t related to the accident just overall friendly. From the first phone call to the (early!) pickup, your team - esp Miriam, Noel and Mario - was lovely and helpful, completely engaged every step of the way —and the work was fantastic!! Bravo! 🙌 way to go!!! We are all set for a multi-car trip to upstate NY for my son’s wedding! As I said when I left, it’s been a total pleasure, but let’s not see each other too soon 😉
