I was involved in an accident and my insurance suggested this place since it was covered by the other party. Donna was very helpful and informative through out this whole experience. I’ve never worked with an auto body shop before and I can honestly say these guys here & Donna are a great team. They send you updates via text to let you know any changes with your car which I think is very reassuring. The fixed up my car really well, and it doesn’t even look like my car was ever hit. Everything turned out to be great. Parkway definitely got themselves a new customer here. Thank you so much again!
