Took too long for repairs , their car rental place didn’t have any cars available had to spend a lot of money to rent elsewhere at least it was ready when they said and the car looks good after the repairs

Everything was communicated great through our the process, so we were always aware of the state of repair. We walked the car before and after repair and was on the same page 100%. Quality of repair was as if it was new and it took only 10 days to do the drastic repairs.

They handled the car with care and were the only people we worked with during the process that was helpful and actually did their job (compared to police, insurance agent, rental car, etc.). With the craziness, it was refreshing to work with them on top of the high quality repairs.
