From start to finish, Parkway Auto Body exceeded my expectations. Donna (my contact person) was very helpful and made the repair process very easy. She arranged for the pick up and return of my rental car and was always available for any questions I had. She was very patient in answering all the questions I had and answered them with a smile. Donna is definitely a big asset to this company. Her customer service skills are too notch. I also love the “text system” this company has in place. They texted me with updates on the progress of my repair and when my car was scheduled to be completed. I would highly recommend Parkway Auto Body for anyone needing auto body services.

There was still a small scrape left from where my car has been hit. They overlooked it.

It took too long for my car to be ready. They kept saying it was ready, and then it was not ready. It was there for a week. Also, one of the technicians left a cup of coffee with milk in my vehicle in the hot sun for several days. When I got in the car, there was a disgusting smell like vomit. The coffee and milk had curdled, and it was absolutely grotesque.
