Amazing customer service. My first accident and this was the only part of the process thag was smooth and easy. The women who answer the phones are so helpful and informed, it really helped ease the process. Marcelo did the estimate and explained what needed to be replaced. Hello all, so, I picked up my truck today, it looked amazing, from behind, I had a new truck.my truck was rear ended. Everything was replaced, not just fixed. I was sent a text as when my truck should be ready, as well as a phone call to follow up. I was not in a hurry to get my truck back, because I used my daughters vehicle, but my truck was done ahead of time. Bravo, job well done. This company has a new forever client.
