Repairs took wayyy to long for minor repairs and when i asked to keep my part they said they would keep the small piece for me and when i picked up my car they stated the tech threw it out. I suspected this would happen so every time i spoke to them i reminded them to keep my part and of course “it was tossed in the garbage” leading me to believe the part was never changed and just painted over it even though the charged for a whole new piece. Otherwise my car/repairs looks great. Denise and marcelo were great to work with but the overall dissatisfaction comes from not keeping my part as requesting Numerous times.
