Fantastic job! However advise clients ahead of time about the credit card fee parameter. People are last minute forced to use their debit card to avoid the fee, often catching them unprepared, with an account that has insufficient funds.

Both Travis and Rance were great. They both made sure we were updated on what was happening with our repairs and tried to accomplish them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, parts kept having to be reordered because the insurance company ordered parts that either did not fit or did not match the original pieces causing a long delay of several weeks. All is well in the end: the final product is beautiful! It was worth the wait. Many thanks to both Travis and Rance for their work and their personable demeanor and for making sure everything was right.
