I brought my car in because of an accident, and while I was there I asked to have a small gash on my right rear bumper done that I would pay for out of pocket. My car was done two weeks earlier than estimated, but when I came to pick up the car after dropping off my insurance-paid rental, I discovered that the bumper had not been touched. But Tom in customer service made things right. I brought it back three days later, welcomed back, given another rental, and the job was done that day. Very friendly service and the job looks great. Thank you for making things right after the job error!

Overall the process was fairly smooth. When I went to pick up my car, my biggest concern after the accident wasn't even addressed. My car was left unlocked on the lot for over two weeks even though the locking issue due to the accident was discussed with staff. Also my car wasn't fully put back together when I went to pick it up and I had to come back a day later to get it.
