Though it did take 4 months to get my car back. The work was extensive and waiting on parts from South Korea takes forever. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Communication was not the greatest. The female was supposed to call several times, and she did not. I spoke with the office lady and she seemed to be my goto person.

They did a very food job on my car, but it did take them 2 and half months to complete. When I first turned in my car I was told a couple weeks. I kept getting told that it was due to having to order parts which is all good. I am just glad that they did a good job on it and I couldn't be happier to have my car back

My Traverse looked like a red golf ball after being hit by a hailstorm. After Perfection One was done it looked and smelled brand new! I’m beyond happy with the job they did.

I couldn’t ask for better service. I know when I take my vehicle to them I rarely have to deal with my insurance company after that. The Perfection One team take over all of the worries and hassle of dealing with an insurance claim.

I used to rate this 10/10, but my headlights are now foggy when it rains(was never before), I am still not convinced that is not the old tire from the wreck on the back, and my battery is prolly going to have to be replaced when it was only a year old. I have brought all my cars to you guys, but I felt I am not being listened to on this.
