10 on the body work. There is a rattle in the dash behind the screen and the USB ports and AC outlet don’t work but I don’t know if you had any work that would have affected either. Perhaps they quit working the day I brought the.vehicle in. The USB ports did work after the accident.

Car looks great and well done. Just took way longer than quoted and they could never really give us an accurate timeline throughout the repair.

After the initial quoted 3 weeks timeframe, I had to call to get updates and only got “well you had over $10000 worth of damage”. That’s means nothing to me. I had borrowed a car and needed to return it. I needed better communication on a timeline. I had my husband call at the last week and they called him numerous times with updates. I could never get a truthful response but he sure did.

The repairs involved the seat belt mechanism which is complicated to say the least. All apprears to be completed up to specifications. Good match on the paint as well.
