They did a very good job, in a timely manner and their Receptionist, Carla, was fantastic! I have some additional personal repair work that I want to have done on my vehicle and I will only bring it to Perfection One for my repair work.

I was disappointed that it took 5 weeks to complete the repairs, which seemed minor damage. I realize that the sensors were problematic. Also, when we picked up the vehicle, I opened the car door and was disgusted to see the condition of the inside. There was dirt on the floor of the driver’s side and you could tell it had not been cleaned. I almost returned to the office so you could see the dirt, but we had a lot of tasks to get done so we could go away for the weekend. My husband took a picture of it. In the past, Perfection One always detailed the inside and I was always quick to tell others how great the vehicles look when they complete the repairs. Needless to say, it was disappointing.
