I had always went to perfection one. But this was poor service. One person on maternity leave should make this much difference

My hood isnt on right it is off center and the snap is loose , the trim is loose on the left corner

Every time i called i was sent to the answering machine and the receptionist didn't know the answer would put me on hold and go ask

Running board was not re-installed!

Carla was knowledgeable and friendly but a little pushy about me getting the vehicle picked up! I was given 2 hours notice of completion prior to a Holiday weekend and, additionally, had to arrange pick up at a time when I could find a ride to the facility.
