If I could rate an 11 I would. Kelsey greeted me and put together my estimate. She is congenial, professional, easy to speak with and communicates very effectively. If she tells you something is going to happen it does without you having to follow up. I have had over 50 vehicles in the past 40 years and more than a few visits to a body shop. She is by FAR the nicest and capable service rep I have met. Jeff, don't lose her. She is awesome! Jeff, the owner is a wonderful person to work with. He is a stand up, solid guy who goes the extra mile to make your experience positive. He arranged for some extra mechanical services to be performed on our vehicle which was a huge help. He too, like Kelsey is a great communicator in person and electronically. The loaner car was amazing and greatly appreciated. Great operation you are running there, Jeff! The leader sets the tone of the organization and you are doing the right things. The front desk girsl are all so nice and easy to deal with. Again, the shop team did a fantastic job on the repair and should be commended. Without them everything done up front is pointless. The final cleanup and presentation of my repaird vehicle was done well! Not all shops return your vehicle looking that good! Thanks to all of you!
