I marked a 6 because of the lack of communication. Schedule for work was that it would be completed on Dec 12th. I realize staff became sick and needed an extra 3 days to complete work. I was not made aware and no communication was sent my way to plan being without a vehicle for extra time. I wonder if anyone would of even called me Monday to let me know if I hadn’t been the proactive one in regards to this.
