Kelsey was the first person I had contact with and I could instantly tell from how knowledgeable and compassionate she was, that I wanted to take my car to them. She set up a tow truck for me and orchestrated a rental and loaner for me, which was so helpful in the immediate aftermath of my accident. She continually kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle so there were no unforeseen surprises.
