Kelsey and Jeff tag teamed via email, and Jessica respectfully set up the appointment and car rental. Sometimes I didn't know if I should email Jeff or Kelsey as both seemed invested in my repair. Upon picking up the vehicle, Kelsey wasn't aware of the repairs, and initially Jeff was busy.

Here's the story.....The repair was quoted to take 2 weeks. It took 4 weeks. We had to cancel our vacation due to the unavailability of our tow vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was driven 200 - 300 miles during these 4 weeks, and the gas tank was on empty when I picked up the vehicle. Someone was joy riding in our vehicle...
