Rcvd 2 calls 1st call: Explanation of how the process would go 2nd call: To let us know that the truck parts were repaired and that it was headed into the paint dept Also gave us a projected date of completion and would keep us posted The completion date arrived and we heard nothing We called to find out that there was a problem with getting it painted and it would probably be another week before it was done. Customer service was on the right track, but then dropped the ball at the painting problem. The repairs look great (coming from an untrained eye in regards to auto repairs)
