I am super impressed with Pfeiffer Collision. I was told it would take approximately 1-1.5 weeks for repairs and I got a call in 3 days that my car was done. It looks amazing. You would never know it was in an accident. I was also pleasantly suprised that they gave my car a full detail. It looks brand new. Thanks so much!

Matthew at Pfeiffer Collision (Rockford location) made sure that I received outstanding service. Simply stated, he went well beyond the call of duty. Recently, a different collision repair center in the Grand Rapids area had repaired extensive stone chip damage to my vehicle. The work was done very poorly, and I requested Matthew take a look at it to confirm if my dissatisfaction was understandable. Matthew thoroughly reviewed the prior repairs, confirmed the poor quality of the repairs, and went to bat for me with my insurance carrier regarding my dissatisfaction with the prior repairs. He went beyond what was expected and ensured the new repairs were accomplished to perfection. I highly recommend Matthew and the team at Pfeiffer Collision. You will NOT be disappointed.
