It’s fixed now, but they tried to return the vehicle to me with multiple things not done satisfactorily. It took another week and a half to get it back after asking them to correct their errors

I arrived to drop off my vehicle. They seem led to have forgotten that they told me they would have a loaner car ready for me. They then gave me a loaner that just got returned and they hadn’t inspected it. I drove to the store before I noticed the light. I brought the loaner back and sat for a while so they could try to figure out the problem. They gave me the car back with the light still on thinking it would turn off after I drove away. The headlight was still burned out. They came to my house to try to fix it, but no luck. I had to take the loaner back AGAIN and was told they would have an enterprise rental waiting for me at 14 mile. Instead, they hadn’t inspected a guy from enterprise there and I had to ride in a car with an unfamiliar man all the way down to Plainfield and deal with motion sickness. When I got to enterprise, there was all kinds of confusion about the “reservation” that Pfeiffer had supposedly made. I eventually got a car and was able to leave after wasting half of my day when Pfeiffer staff could have just let me drive their defective loaner to enterprise at my convenience and get a replacement. Then, they did a poor job on repairs, returning my car to me with bubbles in the paint, a piece of loose trim and another piece of trim with messy edges. They took it back and fixed it, but it took another week and a half.

I took my Durango to Pfeifer after hitting a deer and the job that was done on it was fabulous! They made sure that every part was replaced that needed replacing. Marie and Matt were awesome to work with. Their customer service is outstanding. This is where I will bring my automobiles when I need things fixed on them. I completely trust the work that they have done.

Excellent people to deal with. Always kept me informed every step of the way. They made a not so good situation a pleasant one. They did a fantastic job repairing everything. You can't even tell there was damage. They also detailed the inside of the vehicle which made it feel like new again.

I would highly recommend friends to go to Pfeiffer Collision, the only reason I might not would be due to some of the cost, mostly if that individual was on a tighter budget. That being said the level of service given is also represented in that cost so it makes up for a lot of that.

It was great to have so much contact with the team as the repairs were being completed. There wasn't a time when I was unsure of what was going on which made the experience much better than it could be after having a deer hit your vehicle.
