While the repair seems fine, the customer service was extremely poor. Staff were unfriendly and communication about the status of the repair was frustrating. When I called to ask about pickup timing, the response I received was dismissive and rude. Being busy is understandable, but it does not excuse treating customers this way. Because of the service experience, I would not return to this shop or recommend it.

Overall, very friendly and helpful staff. everyone was great to work with, the 2x a week check in is a great feature. keep up the great work and i would highly recommend anyone use them. I would definitely use them in the future if i have too
