Great customer service- worked side by side with the insurance company and rental company to limit my responsibilities while waiting for my car. Final product came out wonderful, car looked perfect and the previous damage was no where to be seen.

The quarter panel on the non damaged side was bowing out a bit after the new bumper was installed and some of the gaps around the taillight and other sports are slightly varying but it’s expected

I gave a much higher rating last time as I was frustrated by the length of time it took to complete the repairs. OEM parts should always be used first and am questioning why a part for a fairly new vehicle would be so difficult to get. Service and team updates are always great, but speed here was not.

I'm very satisfied not only with the repairs but also with customer service. I didn't have to do anything, just to bring the car in to the shop and everything else was taken care off by the customer service, including contacting the insurance company and arranging rental car services. Thank you, P.S. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my and noticed that your sho crew also cleaned the car inside and out.

I am satisfied, although there was some white remnants of a product all over my backseat. I am not sure what that is from. Also, I had a quote done by Collision Technique, which I still have, and the cost is less than what was quoted by around $300.
