The lady in the office made it a bad experience for me

The start of the process was great even when I picked up my car I would have rated everything at a 10 but when there was an issue with a molding for the windshield I return to see if this was a molding that was taken off and re-used. The lady that is in the office was mad that I brought the car back and once the tech acknowledged that it was removed to do the repairs she was extremely mad. Told me that she has the money to cover stuff like this and that she could not tell me anything else as to when the part was going to arrive. They would call when the part arrives, I just turned around and left. I then searched the part myself and it cost about $90. I was just going to order it and not deal with her again. When I left I was uncertain weather or not the part was going to get ordered but then I got notified by Geico that they approved the part. We'll then I waited for the call
