Let me preface this by saying I’ve never left a review for anything, let alone an auto body shop—but this experience was worth sharing. I brought my 2020 Honda Civic Si to Precision Auto Works of Wakefield in April 2026 for minor body and paint work. They work with the local Enterprise and even ferried me over to pick up my rental car right after drop-off, which made everything very convenient. What stood out most was their communication. Precision is the only auto body shop I’ve dealt with that proactively provided status updates without me having to reach out a single time. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and their work absolutely met my standards. The one minor additional item I asked about was taken care of immediately and at my convenience, no hassle at all. Skip was great to work with and made sure everything stayed on track so the job was completed in time for a trip I had coming up. Overall, a smooth, professional experience with excellent communication and quality work. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.
