My accident was a horrible experience! The moment I walked in your doors Elaina started to work her magic! She was welcoming and reassuring. She explained the process many times. She guided me through the process, made phone calls and arrangements for me and continued to reassure me. She never rushed me or left me hanging. Skip was very professional straightforward and proud of his team and business. The completed work on my car by his team was just amazing! It looked like it rolled off the line from the factory ! It has been a very long time that I have dealt with a business of any kind that has all these components. The experience of the accident was horrible for me but the experience of being your customer and all you did was amazing! I can't thank you all enough and special shout out to Elaina!

Everything was handled with professionalism. I was very impressed that my entire claim was handled direct by precision auto and the insurance company. They worked with me and the rental company to ensure I had a ride. They even detailed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle which was an additional surprise. I would highly recommend using Precision Auto in Wakefield, MA.
