April (and everyone else I interacted with) was competent and very pleasant. The one little thing which was not done right (headlight aiming) was quickly and cheerfully checked. I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do I'm coming right back here.

Definitely worst experience ever in cat repair. They are extremely expensive on labor and I had to pay 3000.00 that my insurance company said they were not willing to do it for the rate they pay. Bumper is not fitting right and new strange whistle coming from front of my truck

It would have been a 10, but the $600 error on my work estimate that I wasn't prepared to cover that I only learned about when I was scheduled to pick up my truck was extremely disappointing, aggravating and financially an amount that put my family finances in disarray, but had to be paid in order to retrieve my truck.
