I felt that the communication is very slow. Whenever I called, nobody was there to receive the call. It was really hard to know updates quickly.

I would not imagine recommending to anyone because of the terrible customer service. I am even wondering if I should give them a 1-star review in google or not.

The service was good. However, whenever I tried to call the shop, they did not receive my call. Even when they received the call, the front desk lady did not seem to know any information. She kept saying she would talk to somebody and let me know an update about my car but never got back to me. I kept pushing for the information. Especially, in the beginning, when the parts arrived and my car was scheduled for drop-off on a Monday, nobody even let me know that information. I happened to call on Friday evening and then they said your car is scheduled for a drop-off on Monday. The repair was great but customer service and communication need to be improved greatly.

Job was good . Manager is terrible won't return phone calls.three times I spoke with him he said I will call you back, but no call backs. So as far as the repair goes, when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the wrong tail light was replaced. I Called the Mgr he said " I will check with the technician and call you back" I received no call back. There is a small run from the re-paint. I purchased a new tail light and sanded the run and buffed out the run area. I use to be a service manager and you need to replace yours.

Looking at the repaired area, the truck looks like it's never been hit. The repair is perfect, you would never know it was hit. I have my truck back. In addition, they cleaned the truck inside and out. I was very pleased with precision and will use them again if needed.
