The repair work was very good

I was initially promised a duration of one to two weeks, so I rented a car for 9.5 days beginning on the drop off day. I called on Wednesday of week two and was told that it looked good for Thursdsy. I called late Thursdsy and was told that it would be late Friday for sure. That necessitated renting the car for one more day. On Friday afternoon I called and was told that it would be sometime Monday. That necessitated renting the car for three more days. So I wound up paying over $250 dollar for car rental. The lack of good information was unfortunate.

I am a loyal Pritz auto body customer, and I feel like my vehicle was given back to me without the paint being dry as after driving my vehicle, the bumper has paint pushed back on it, and where the bumper meets the front fender on the driver side it is not painted all you see is black so I’m trying to really understand why the rush job and it needs to be fixed. I have another vehicle that I am bringing in and will find somewhere else to do it if this is the service that I am going to be given. Paint must dry before you give a customer back their car.
