The only thing that made me knock off a point was that I was told it would take one day to do the repair, and it took over a day. It was done shortly on the 2nd day, but I had to wake up extra early to take my husband to work for a 2nd day instead of one since I needed to use his truck to get to work. A small inconvenience, but one nonetheless. The customer service and quality of repair was top notch.
