Can improve follow up calls, tracking of parts orders and verification of correct parts received. Faced delays due to late deliveries of parts sent to the wrong address, wrong parts received and not verified and lack of follow up communication. Overall friendly and respectful staff and service is good but there is room for improvement

The whole process was easy. They were very transparent with the process and let me know about every step. I got progress updates along the way and everyone was super nice. They even washed and vacuumed out my truck which I did not expect! All in all my truck looks amazing and I will recommend procolor collision!
